These statistics…

These statistics in Third Sector made for stark reading yesterday, particularly in Mental Health Awareness Week.

They were taken from a survey of 450 charity leaders by Ecclesiastical Insurance Group: https://lnkd.in/efGK6WB

The pandemic has affected us all so differently — some losing their jobs putting their livelihoods at risk, others never having worked harder and struggling to keep going.

Non-profit leaders face a constant challenge to do more with less… and when things don’t go to plan it is more than a reduced dividend/share price, it means a missed opportunity to help someone. This can be a heavy burden to bear.

Volunteers are absolutely critical in supporting the Third Sector during these unprecedented times… whether as a trustee, providing support and counsel to non-profit leaders or as an expert providing ad-hoc support through pro-bono services.

The greatest gift you can give is your time. So don’t delay — get in touch with us at Charterpath and use your skills for good in these challenging times.

About Charterpath

Alice Clementi and Alex Marsh co-founded Charterpath as a community interest company in 2020, with a mission to increase the proportion of accountants volunteering from 10% to 50% - inspiring more accountants to volunteer their time and expertise, connecting them with non-profit opportunities, and engaging with a wide range of organisations so volunteering is a core part of an accountant’s career.
