We’re excited to announce a powerful new collaboration between Charterpath and EY Ripples - bringing charities a free, expert-led Skills Lab designed to future-proof your organisation’s financial health and resilience.
What is EY Ripples?
Launched in 2019, EY Ripples is EY’s ambitious global corporate responsibility programme, aiming to positively impact the lives of 1 billion people by 2030. It mobilises over 1 million EY professionals worldwide to drive long-term, meaningful change in three key areas:
Supporting charities and impact entrepreneurs to scale solutions to global challenges
Preparing the next generation with the skills and mindset for meaningful work
Accelerating environmental sustainability through regenerative business models
This initiative reflects EY’s commitment to building a better working world, and Charterpath is proud to be a delivery partner in advancing this mission within the charity sector.
Introducing the Skills Lab for Charities
As part of this partnership, Charterpath and EY have co-designed a specialised Skills Lab: Future-proofing your financial health.
This 90 minute interactive virtual session is tailored to help charities and social impact organisations:
Conduct your own financial health check
Assess your organisational resilience
Identify practical strategies to strengthen long-term financial sustainability
The first virtual session will take place on Wednesday 4th June 2025, from 10:00am - 11:30am and will be delivered by experienced EY professionals.
What’s covered in the Skills Lab?
During the session, participants will gain insights into 4 foundational pillars of charities and social impact organisations to deliver their vision and mission, including:

The importance of managing finances effectively.
