About the organisation
In summary, PPI aims to support the development of small-scale roads with high socioeconomic potential in Ghana i.e. peri-urban roads ranging from 10-20km, that facilitate access to education, healthcare and trade hubs.
It is run by experienced professionals of African heritage who have excelled at leading global firms (CVC Capital Partners, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, Cleary Gottlieb).
We are in the process of applying for charitable status and tax exemption with the support of Latham and Watkins. Our website isn't up and running yet so in the absence of this have included a link to our Companies House page.
About the role
This is a light touch role, requiring a few hours each month to support accounting and tax activities required for periodic reporting and filings. While light touch, you will have the opportunity to be part of building an impact oriented organisation from the ground up, and working with high calibre individuals from leading financial and legal organisations, and acedmia.
Our ideal candidate
Individual with experience and qualifications in accounting and tax, that has trained and worked in globally recognised institutions, with a positive attitude and proactive approach, who would enjoy being involved in an early stage and impactful venture.
