About the organisation
Ella’s is a London-based organisation working with women who have survived trafficking and sexual exploitation. Our mission is to do everything we can to ensure survivors have all they need to recover and build lives that are safe and free.
Here is a summary of our main activities:
- We run seven safe houses. This supported accommodation is crucial for survivors until they are ready to live independently.
- We provide regular support for women and families in neighbourhoods across London, and many more further afield when they need us.
- We speak out on issues affecting the women we work with. We care deeply about survivors of trafficking and exploitation and want to see a world where these crimes are not tolerated.
About the role
You will help manage the accounts inbox, responding to queries and sharing information with the appropriate colleagues or suppliers. You will process invoices ready for payment, ensuring they are complete and correctly recorded. You will reconcile bank transactions in Ella’s accounting system and maintain spreadsheets used to reconcile key financial information. You will also support the timely processing of staff expenses and assist with other ad-hoc finance administration tasks as required.

- Good numerical skills.
- Ability to use spreadsheet software (such as Excel or Google Sheets).
