About the organisation
Crossroads Care Kent is dedicated to supporting unpaid Carers in Kent by providing quality services that allow them to maintain a life of their own outside of their caregiving responsibilities. We strive to keep families together and ensure that Carers have access to the breaks and support they deserve, enabling them to continue their invaluable role in society. Through our tailored services and advocacy efforts, we empower Carers to live fulfilling lives while caring for their loved ones.
Crossroads Care Kent delivers care and support for people living with the challenges of caring, unpaid, for a family member or friend. As a well established Charity for over 40 years we support over 6000 people across Kent every year and continue to make a positive input on the Community. As well as our core service and urgent care teams we have projects including Young Carers, Macmillan, and KMCA Counselling.
With one in 10 people having caring responsibilities, it is more than likely that you or someone you know have been a carer, are a carer or may become an unpaid carer at some point in life.
