About the organisation
Hello, we're a small start-up charity called Creative Packs Cancer Charity.
We provide Creative Packs to young cancer patients in hospital, who due to their treatment face long periods of isolation. Our mission started in April 2020 and so far, we have supported over 400 young cancer patients across teenage cancer units. We officially registered as a CIO in July 2021.
We're true believers in the power of crafts when it comes to boosting mental well-being. It’s a great way to keep your mind entertained and focused on something fun, our founder started making creative packs for patients when we were in lock-down, they have been such a great success that it lead to us becoming a registered charity! We believe all teenage & young adult cancer patients should have free access to arts & crafts while in hospital.
